Set & Forget™ Policy

Cancellations

You may not cancel your trial prior to receiving the trial pair.

If you need more time for your trial, please email customer.love@faradays.co.

To cancel your trial, email customer.love@faradays.co before trial end and provide an Acknowledgement Letter from a bonafide nonprofit organization within 20 days from the end of your trial.

Changing your Set & Forget Subscription

If your trial pair does not fit to your liking, you may change the size of your first shipment by emailing customer.love@faradays.co. If you change the size of your first shipment we will ship you six pairs of your requested size and you will be not be charged for the first trial pair.

You may change the colors of your first shipment by emailing customer.love@faradays.co.

You may change the sizes, colors, and shipping frequency of your Set & Forget™ subscription at anytime after your trial by emailing customer.love@faradays.co.

If you'd like to pause your Set & Forget™ subscription until further notice, please email customer.love@faradays.co.

Charges

By not cancelling your trial, you agree to be charged after the trial.

By not pausing your Set & Forget™ subscription or changing your shipping frequency, you agree to be charged every six months for Set & Forget™ shipments.

By changing your shipping frequency, you agree to be charged at the stipulated shipping frequency.

Refunds 

If you receive damaged items, please take photos of the item, packaging, and email the photos to customer.love@faradays.co. Following our review, we will either refund the item or re-ship undamaged items. 

Refunds may take up to 15 days to appear in your bank account.

Shipping Times

Orders Mon-Sat before 4pm PST are shipped the same day. Otherwise your trial pair will be shipped the next business day. 

All purchases are final.
